The Chardonnay Garda DOC from Tenuta Villa Cordevigo grows on the estate of the same name in Cavaion Veronese – amidst the gentle morainic hills east of Lake Garda. Clay soil of morainic origin and the mild lake climate characterize a Chardonnay of remarkable freshness and pleasant spice.

100% Chardonnay is harvested from the second half of August to early September and fermented at a controlled temperature between 16°C and 17°C. Aging in steel tanks preserves the vibrant fruit and fine minerality – a Chardonnay without heavy oak notes, but with true character.
